Questions about image tools

Which one should I use if the image needs text in it?

Ideogram. Legible in-image type is the thing Midjourney and Leonardo.Ai are still unreliable at, and it is the difference between a usable poster and a near miss. For images with no words in them, Ideogram has no particular advantage.

How do I keep a character or style consistent across many images?

Use the reference features rather than longer prompts. Midjourney’s character and style references carry a look across a set, Leonardo.Ai lets you train a model on your own material, and Adobe Firefly’s custom models do the same against a brand library. Prompt wording alone will not hold a series together.

Are these safe to use in commercial work?

Adobe Firefly is the one built to answer that question — trained on licensed and public-domain material, and sold with indemnification for enterprise customers. The others are stronger creatively and leave the licensing question with you, which for concept work is usually fine and for a national campaign is not.
