Build client sites on ThemeXpert
Most of the people running our templates are not running their own site — they are building someone else's, on a deadline, and will hand it over and maintain it for years. The Agency plan is shaped around that job rather than around a single site.
What one licence covers
Unlimited client sites, one licence
The Agency plan is an unlimited website licence. A studio running twelve client sites pays what a studio running one pays, which is the difference between a per-project cost you have to price in and an overhead you forget about.
Every template and extension
Not a subset. The whole template library, every Joomla Club extension, all layout bundles and Quix Pro — so choosing what a client project needs is a design decision rather than a purchasing one.
Quickstart packages
Every template installs with its demo content. The site in the preview is the site you get, so the first hour of a project is replacing copy rather than rebuilding a layout from an empty shell.
A year of updates and support
Including through Joomla major versions. Fourteen years of carrying templates from 2.5 to 6 is the part that matters when a client site has to still be standing in five years.
The questions that come first
Can I use one licence across client sites?
That is what the unlimited website licence on the Agency plan is for. The sites belong to your clients; the licence and the support relationship stay with you.
What happens when the year is up?
Sites keep working — this is GPL software, not a kill switch. What lapses is updates and support, which is what you are renewing for, and it is the part that matters on a platform that ships major versions.
Do you white-label, resell or do volume terms?
Nothing published, which is the honest answer rather than a page of tiers nobody has agreed to. If you are placing ThemeXpert on enough client work that the standard plan is the wrong shape, email us and we will work out what fits.
Do you take on the build itself?
Sometimes. We run Joomla development and speed optimisation as services, so a project you would rather hand over than staff is a conversation worth having.
Something the plan does not cover?
Volume, white-labelling, a build you would rather hand over, or a licence shape that does not exist yet — none of that is on the pricing page, so the way to sort it out is to ask. One email, and a person answers.
