Several V shapes nested inside one cell, each with its apex at the horizontal midpoint and both arms ending on the vertical edges at the same height. That shared height is the whole trick: it lets the row carry straight into the next cell with no step. Raising the band count packs the cell rather than enlarging it, so density and scale stay separate controls.
