Otter.ai sits on top of your video calls rather than replacing them: invite it once as OtterPilot and it joins future Zoom, Google Meet or Teams meetings on its own, producing a live transcript while the call is happening. After the call ends, it condenses the transcript into a summary with action items, so nobody has to scroll back through forty minutes of chat to find what was decided.
