Usage of our products for 7 days, will assure of our high quality Templates or extensions and incase you are not convinced, you can ask for refund, which would be duly processed back for you, no questions asked. Please read the guidelines governing the refund policy.

• Refund is not applicable after 7 days since the date of your membership purchase.
• Refund is not applicable if you found your Webhost dosen't meet the requirement of Joomla! or denied to update the PHP, MySQL version.
• Refund amount is equal to the membership fee minus the discount (if any).
• Refund is not applicable on membership renewals.
• Refund would be denied in abuse cases, with abnormally high numbers of downloads within the 7 days.
• Refund will only applicable when our product is not functioning or displaying like we advertised or either broken after installation.

Updates to the refund policy
