Why can't send e-mail on Xpert-Contact

You can use Xpert-Contact module on template module position or using Quix element (Joomla Module) in your site.

But, If you can not send e-mail using this module then you will checked Xpert-Contact following image.

Go to Extensions > Click Module > find & open Xpert-Contact and following the image.
