Refund Policy

All purchases at are covered by our " 7 days No Questions Asked Refund Policy". Usage of our products for 7 days, will assure of our high quality Templates or extensions and incase you are not convinced, you can ask for refund, which would be duly processed back for you, no questions asked. Please read the guidelines governing the refund policy.


We issue refunds if:
  • Refund is requested within 7 days since purchase.
  • Refund amount is equal to the membership fee minus the discount (if any).
  • We will allow refund only, if there was an error in the engraving, that was our mistake.
  • Refund will only applicable when our product is not functioning or displaying like we advertised or either broken after installation.
  • Refund would be denied in abuse cases, with abnormally high numbers of downloads within the 7 days.
We do not issue refunds if:
  • If you found your Webhost dosen't meet the requirement of Joomla! or denied to update the PHP, MySQL version.
  • You decided to change your mind.
  • You choose not to use our product.
  • You find that our product doesn't suit your needs (our live demo site are very explanatory of our templates and extensions)
  • You experience script conflicts with other 3rd party software connected or installed on your Joomla website.
  • Refund is not applicable on membership renewals.

Updates to the refund policy

This refund policy can be updated at any time, without prior notice and is applicable immediately and retroactively for all subscriptions and subscribers. It is considered an integral part of our Terms of Service and its acceptance is mandatory for all users.

ThemeXpert reserves the right to refuse refunds if any efforts of refund policy abuse are detected.
